What LeedsApp saves
Zoho Forms sendsSaved on the lead as
Lead source: Zoho Forms. LeedsApp reads the parameter names you type, so use name, phone, email and city exactly.nameNamephoneMobile numberemailEmailcityCityAny other parameterCustom fieldIf leads don't arrive
- Check the parameter names are exactly name, phone, email, city (lower case, no spaces).
- Failed sends are listed under All Entries › Webhooks - Failed Entries; you can push them again from there; Zoho lets you re-push a failed entry only twice.
- If you chose a content type other than application/json, the lead still arrives, but use JSON for best results.
