What LeedsApp saves
WPForms sendsSaved on the lead as
Lead source: WPForms. Only the keys you add in Request Body are sent.nameNamephoneMobile numberemailEmailcityCitymessageNotesany other keyCustom fieldIf leads don't arrive
- Check Enable Webhooks is on and the form was saved after adding the URL.
- Use the exact keys name, phone and email in Request Body; other key names arrive as custom fields.
- A Name field in First/Last format is sent as one value; that is fine.
- Map city to a single-line City field. An Address field is sent as one value joined with ||, so the whole address lands in City.
