Wix form submissions are added to the project as leads

Your lead URL appears here when you open this page from the LeedsApp app: open the project, then Lead integrations and Wix.

Set it up in Wix

Create an automationIn your Wix site dashboard open Automations, click + Create Automation, then + Start from Scratch.

Pick the form triggerName the automation and choose the trigger Wix Forms › Form submitted. If you see two Wix Forms entries, pick the one for the forms on your site (the blue icon is the new Wix Forms). Pick your form, or Any form, and leave Trigger once per person off.

Add Send HTTP requestClick +, choose Action, then Send HTTP request. Set the method to POST and paste your LeedsApp URL in Webhook URL. Keep Nest request body under data off.

Choose the fieldsUnder the request body pick Choose fields. Click + Add New Item and add keys name, phone, email, city, each with its form field as the value.

Activate and testClick Activate at the top right (Save only keeps a draft). Submit the form on your live site and check the lead in the project.

Lead source: Wix. Only the keys you add are sent.

If leads don't arrive

  • Check the automation is Active, not a draft.
  • Check Nest request body under data is off, and the keys are exactly name, phone and email.
  • Use Preview request body in the action to see what Wix will send.
