What LeedsApp saves
Webflow sendsSaved on the lead as
Lead source: Webflow. One webhook covers every form on the site. Submissions from a form without a Phone field (e.g. a newsletter box) are skipped; LeedsApp still replies OK, so Webflow keeps the webhook on.NameNamePhoneMobile numberEmailEmailCityCityMessageNotespayload.name (form name)Custom fieldIf leads don't arrive
- Republish the site after editing the form; the old form keeps sending the old field names.
- If Webflow stops sending, it may have switched the webhook off after repeated failures; delete and add it again.
- Fields are matched by their Name: use Phone or Mobile for the phone field.
- On the free Starter plan Webflow stops accepting forms after 50 submissions; check Site settings › General › Overview.
