Before you start
You need a TradeIndia seller account with My Inquiry API (reported to need a paid plan) and a Pabbly Connect account. TradeIndia cannot push leads to a URL, so Pabbly Connect checks for new inquiries and sends them on.
Steps use Pabbly Connect, which has a TradeIndia trigger. The JSON body is the one you map in Pabbly.
Your TradeIndia lead URL
Your lead URL appears here when you open this page from the LeedsApp app: open the project, then Lead integrations and TradeIndia.
Set it up in TradeIndia
1
Copy your TradeIndia API detailsLog in to TradeIndia. Click your account name at the top right, then Inquiries & Contacts and My Inquiry API. Copy the User ID, Profile ID and Key.
2
Add the TradeIndia triggerIn Pabbly Connect click Create Workflow. For the trigger choose TradeIndia and the event Capture Leads, click Add New Connection and paste the three values, then Save.
3
Send leads to LeedsAppAdd an action: app API (Pabbly), event Execute API Request. Method POST, payload type JSON, API Endpoint URL = your LeedsApp lead URL. In the body add these keys and pick each value from the TradeIndia step: name, phone, email, city, product, message, lead_id.

What LeedsApp saves
TradeIndia sendsSaved on the lead as
Lead source: TradeIndia. Pabbly checks TradeIndia on a timer, so leads can arrive hours late. The same inquiry sent twice is saved once.nameNamephoneMobile numberemailEmailcityCityproductCustom fieldmessageNotesIf leads don't arrive
- If Pabbly says the connection failed, copy the User ID, Profile ID and Key again from My Inquiry API.
- Pabbly checks TradeIndia every 8 hours by default, so leads arrive late. Pabbly support can shorten this to every 10 minutes (premium Pabbly plans).
- Check the workflow's task history in Pabbly Connect to see what was sent and the reply.
