Leads from your TikTok Instant Forms reach the project through Zapier

Before you start

You need a paid Zapier plan (Professional or higher; Webhooks by Zapier is not on the Free plan) and a TikTok for Business ads account running Lead Generation ads.
Steps use Zapier. Make works too: its TikTok Lead Forms app has a Watch Leads trigger; add Make's HTTP Make a request step after it, as shown on the Make page.

Your TikTok Lead Generation lead URL

Your lead URL appears here when you open this page from the LeedsApp app: open the project, then Lead integrations and TikTok Lead Generation.

Set it up in TikTok Lead Generation

Create a ZapLog in at zapier.com, click + Create in the left sidebar and choose Zap workflows.
2

3
Test the triggerOpen the Test tab and click Test trigger. Pick one lead and click Continue with selected record.
4

What LeedsApp saves

TikTok Lead Generation sendsSaved on the lead asnameNamephoneMobile numberemailEmailcityCityany other key you addCustom field
Lead source: TikTok. Keep the Phone number question in your Instant Form; a lead with no phone is not saved. If the number is already a lead, LeedsApp adds this project to that lead.

If leads don't arrive

  • Open Zap runs in Zapier and look at the Webhooks step. A 400 reply with insufficient-data means the name or the phone number was empty.
  • Check the Zap is published (switched on). A Zap left as a draft sends nothing.
  • If you moved the leads to another project, copy the URL again from that project and paste it in the Webhooks step.
  • No leads in Zapier? Check that the form you picked in the trigger is the one attached to your running ad.
  • A 400 reply saying The mobile number is not valid means the phone answer was not a real mobile number. Map the phone question, not another field.
