How this works

Property Finder has no screen where you paste a URL yourself. Their team turns it on for your account. Send them the request on this page, and leads start arriving once they confirm.

You need a paid Property Finder agency account. Property Finder sends new leads through its API (lead.created); your account manager must agree to send them to your LeedsApp URL.

Steps

Find your Property Finder contactContact your Property Finder account manager. Property Finder can send lead events (lead.created) to a URL, but it is set up through their partner API, not a screen.

Send the requestSend the message on this page to your Property Finder account manager. It asks them to set up a PUSH integration that sends every new lead to your LeedsApp lead URL, and it includes your Property Finder agency (client) ID.

If they point you to your API keysPF Expert has a Client Key and Client Secret under Settings. LeedsApp cannot use them yet, so ask your account manager to subscribe your LeedsApp URL to the lead.created event for your agency. Never send your Client Secret by email or WhatsApp.

Wait for activationProperty Finder switches it on from their side. This usually takes about a week. Follow up with them if you have not heard back.

Check a test leadAsk Property Finder to send a test lead. It should appear in LeedsApp under your project with lead source Property Finder.

Lead source: Property Finder. Property Finder does not publish its field names; LeedsApp reads name, phone, email and city by their usual names. The same lead sent twice is saved once.

If leads don't arrive

  • If no lead arrives after a week, ask your Property Finder account manager to confirm the PUSH integration is live and to send a test lead.
  • Give Property Finder the full URL exactly as shown, including everything after the question mark.
  • Only enquiries made after activation are sent; older ones are not.
  • Leads on off-plan project listings may not be sent as lead.created events by Property Finder, so they may not arrive.
