Before you start
You need an Owner or Admin login and a MyOperator plan that includes webhooks. If you cannot see APIs & Webhooks, ask MyOperator to add it to your plan.
Your MyOperator lead URL
Your lead URL appears here when you open this page from the LeedsApp app: open the project, then Lead integrations and MyOperator.
Set it up in MyOperator
1
Open WebhooksLog in to the MyOperator Admin Panel and go to APIs & Webhooks > Webhooks. Open the v2 tab.
2
Add a webhookClick + Add Webhook (or Create first Webhook). Paste the lead URL from this page into Webhook URL and set Authentication to None.
3
Tick Call EndedIn the Events panel, open Call events and tick Call Ended. It is sent after every call, answered or missed.
4
Save the webhookClick Save Webhook. The webhook shows in the list with Status Active.
5
Test with a callCall your MyOperator number from another phone. The caller shows in LeedsApp within a minute.
What LeedsApp saves
MyOperator sendsSaved on the lead as
Lead source: MyOperator. MyOperator sends the caller's number only. One number calling many times is saved once; if it is already a lead, LeedsApp adds this project to it.customer_identifierMobile number(no name sent)Name: the caller's number until you rename the leadsystem_identifierNotes (your number that was called)payload.statusNotes (call status)If leads don't arrive
- Open the webhook's ⋮ menu > Failure logs in APIs & Webhooks > Webhooks to see LeedsApp's reply.
- Make sure the URL starts with https:// and was pasted in full; MyOperator rejects http.
- Only Owners and Admins see Webhooks. A Manager needs the Owner to grant access in Admin Panel > Permissions.
