Fillout form submissions arrive as leads in the project

Your lead URL appears here when you open this page from the LeedsApp app: open the project, then Lead integrations and Fillout.

Set it up in Fillout

Open the webhook settingsOpen your form in Fillout, click Integrate at the top, then Webhook.

Paste the URL and switch to AdvancedPaste your LeedsApp lead URL in Webhook URL. At the top, switch from Simple to Advanced and keep the method POST.

Map the fieldsIn Body, add one row per field. On the left type the key name, phone, email, city; on the right pick the matching form question.

Test and finishClick Test, then Finish setup. Publish the form and submit one test entry.

Lead source: Fillout. LeedsApp reads the keys you type in Advanced mode. In Simple mode the whole submission is sent and LeedsApp finds the fields by their question type.

If leads don't arrive

  • Failed sends show an error next to the submission on the Results page; open it and click Retry integration.
  • Fillout does not follow redirects: paste the URL exactly as LeedsApp shows it.
  • Check the keys are exactly name, phone, email, city.
