Bayut

Set up by Bayut · about 1 week

Property enquiries from Bayut go straight to the project

How this works

Bayut has no screen where you paste a URL yourself. Their team turns it on for your account. Send them the request on this page, and leads start arriving once they confirm.

You need a paid Bayut agency account with an account manager.

Steps

1
Find your Bayut contactContact your Bayut account manager or the Bayut support team for your agency. Bayut has no screen where you paste a URL.
2
Send the requestSend the message on this page to your Bayut account manager. It asks them to set up a PUSH integration that sends every new lead to your LeedsApp lead URL, and it includes your Bayut agency account ID.
3
If they give you an API key insteadBayut often gives CRMs an API key so the CRM collects email leads itself. LeedsApp only takes leads that are sent to it, so ask them to push leads (at least WhatsApp leads) to the URL.
4
Wait for activationBayut switches it on from their side. This usually takes about a week. Follow up with them if you have not heard back.
5
Check a test leadAsk Bayut to send a test lead. It should appear in LeedsApp under your project with lead source Bayut.

Your Bayut lead URL

Your lead URL appears here when you open this page from the LeedsApp app: open the project, then Lead integrations and Bayut.

What LeedsApp saves

Bayut sendsSaved on the lead asBuyer nameNamePhoneMobile numberEmailEmailCity / localityCityProject or listingCustom fieldMessageNotes
Lead source: Bayut. Bayut does not publish its field names; LeedsApp reads name, phone, email and city by their usual names. The same lead sent twice is saved once.

If leads don't arrive

  • If no lead arrives after a week, ask your Bayut account manager to confirm the PUSH integration is live and to send a test lead.
  • Give Bayut the full URL exactly as shown, including everything after the question mark.
  • Only enquiries made after activation are sent; older ones are not.
